"FIND MY IPHONE": If you have this enabled, this would be the best place to start.
LOST/STOLEN in DISTRICT: If you don't have "Find my iPhone" enabled and it was lost/stolen 'in district' you will need to visit the library. Librarians hold onto found devices and they send out a group email which informs the campus and Technology of the lost/stolen device. Technology will respond on where and when it was last scene 'in' district. This is why it helps to have "Find my iPhone" enabled. If it's on wifi at home or any other location they will be able to track it, we can only see what's in district.
LOST/STOLEN outside of DISTRICT: If it was lost/stolen 'outside' the district or if the library wasn't able to locate the device, you will need to visit the Help Desk. The Help Desk will have you fill out a district lost/stolen form and will apply a charge to your Family Access account. You can pay by cash or check on campus or credit card on your Family Access account. Once the obligation is paid you can stop by the Help Desk again to pick up their device.
REFUNDS: The payment will be refunded in full if your device is found undamaged. You need to take your device to the Help Desk for inspection and fees will be refunded.
CONCERNS: If there are instructional concerns, vandalism, or if other students are involved you'll need to speak with Bryan Shippey.
